Changes to my Study Programme

Hi everyone! In this post I am going to talk about of the changes that I would like to make in my Study Programme. First of all, I would like my Study Programme to be more practical. It is very theoretical and sometimes the contents of the subjects are repeated.This theory I do not know if it really helps us when we work. There is who say that these theories are obsolete and I believe  them because they are teachers who works in the public service.
Also, I would change the type of English that is taught because it does not  help us to read the text in English that they gives us in others subjects.
With respect to faculty facilities I would like change the library.In the building we have a precarious and small library that also people do not respect.  There is a culture of speaking inside it and even talking on the phone! not respecting the ne who is studying....
Actually if i could change everything i Would. I would change many teachers who are really bad teachers some are humiliating, arrogant, uncritical, stubborn, etc. However also there are also many very good ones that motivates you to continue in this career.
The only thing that I would not change is the variety that we study like political science, sociology, mathematics, economy, law,  accounting, international relations, social work, among others.
Finally I would give more impressions to the students because they give us 300 but for each  subject you have to read like 500 pages or more.
